The classic time-tested paddle design features a hands-free vessel clip for safe measuring and temperature references for making different types of candy printed directly on the temperature scale.

The paddle’s face includes temperature indications for cooking candy to the perfect consistency; including thread, soft ball, firm ball, hard ball, soft crack and hard crack markings.
