This blend of chili powder is hot. It’s not for everyone. Even though it contains a lot of heat, the flavor is still fantastic! As with their medium chili powder, use this blend with Mexican and Southwestern cooking, or any recipe where a chili taste is desired. Depending on your palette, you may want to add a little salt. Unlike most chili powder, theirs are all sodium-free. Enjoy!
