Join Duluth Kitchen Company and The Bookstore at Fitger's for a special Thursday Tasting and Author Talk event. Emily Vikre is a native Duluthian and co-owner of Vikre Distillery. She's also the author of four cookbooks: Camp Cocktails, Family Camp Cookbook, New Camp Cookbook Fireside Warmers, and New Camp Cookbook On the Trail: Easy to Pack Meals, Cocktails, and Snacks for Your Next Adventure. Emily will join us for an Author Talk about her cookbooks and share how families can replace highly processed foods with easy, but delicious food for your day running errands, gatherings with friends, or a night around the bonfire. Emily's books appeal to a wide variety of people and ticket holders will get to sample food and drink recipes featured in the cookbooks. Books and products will be available for sale and Emily will be available to sign purchased books. This is a great opportunity to shop for the foodie on your gift list!
