For great fajita flavor, toss the meat, beef or chicken, in a zip lock bag with vegetable oil and 1 ½ Tablespoons (or to taste) of Fajita Seasoning until well coated. If possible, marinate in refrigerator for a few hours after tossing. Sauté the meat and re-season as necessary. Enjoy your fajitas!
