About This Event

Join us for a hands-on knife sharpening class with local artisan Clancy Ward, known for his craftsmanship and expertise in hand-sharpening knives using traditional wet stone techniques. Whether you’re a home cook or a culinary enthusiast, this class will give you the confidence and skills to keep your kitchen blades in peak condition.

You’ll learn:

• How to assess blade condition and angle
• Step-by-step wet stone sharpening techniques
• Maintenance tips to extend your knife’s life

All participants are encouraged to bring one or two kitchen knives to sharpen during the class.
